Before sending an e-mail
- Make sure the question is specific to Gotive and not a general Microsoft Windows CE
question.
- Read the available Gotive documentation: 80% of questions can be answered this way.
- If question is not related to Gotive specific functionality, please see
these Microsoft Pages.
- Check Developers' Forum, your problem may be already answered there.
When sending
- Include the serial number and platform number of the respective device(s).
- Include the information about the firmware version of the respective device(s).
- Specify your distributor of Gotive products.
- When describing the situation in question, please be precise in detail.
- If reporting malfunction, please send us an exact procedure how you are able to
reproduce it.
