Welcome to Gotive Support pages. We would like to assist you in case you encounter any question using Gotive products.

First Touch

There are several levels of our support. For the first touch with Gotive devices we strongly recommend to read the Gotive Users' Guide. It lists and describes the basic user operations of Gotive products and it contains the basic maintanance information (e.g. battery policy and firmware update).

Advanced Users

When searching for more detailed technical information, like for example list of products features and differences, please see the product datasheets available for download. In case the information in datasheet does not answer your question, do not hesitate to ask us directly by e-mail or by phone.

Developers

Download the SDK from Gotive Support Pages. The SDK contains reference manual of the Gotive specific features and API functions for Windows CE. The SDK is available for both major development enviroments - Embedded Visual C++ and Visual Studio .NET.

2.

Before starting to develop an application for Gotive products we recommend to read the Developers' How-To. This document is being constantly updated and improved, and it covers some development procedures, techniques and tips that are convenient for our devices.

3.

Visit our Developers' Forum to find information - the answer to your question might already be there. We will be very glad if you laso used Forum to give us your feedback.

4.
